Compensation regulations for accidents during delivery 

If loss or damage occurs during domestic or international delivery, you may receive compensation in accordance with the regulations of each shipping company.

However, compensation is not possible if the item is not specified or is discarded due to delivery of restricted items.

The customer is solely responsible for loss or incorrect delivery due to incorrect address information.

If you wish to increase the compensation value, you must purchase separate shipping insurance through a private company.

Even in this case, compensation exceeding the price of the item is not possible.

In case of damage or loss, it must be received within 3 days of the delivery completion date.

In case of damage, the condition of the item and box must be preserved and not thrown away to enable investigation.

Exemption products such as dishes, ceramics, glass, etc. are not eligible.
